Everyday till Dec 31, 2015, entrance to Sentosa is free if you enter on foot (usually $1). The walk is approximately 500 m, and pedestrians are assisted by travellators that will take them up the slight incline, so it really is not much walking.
Once on Sentosa, it seems that one can ride the Sentosa Express for free at least for part of the day. This person was able to ride the Sentosa Express for free in both directions after 9pm on a Saturday night.
